Gourmet in Less Than 5 Ingredients: Easy Asian Style Salmon!

Sometimes we think that gourmet flavors are miles away from home kitchens.  Truth be told, home cooking is the new gourmet, yet done in a more practical manner for busy folks on the go.  You don't need to spend an eternity in the kitchen to get a world class meal, and this recipe is no exception.  Enjoy a world class, easy meal with less than five ingredients!


Cara's Easy Asian Style Salmon

-  3/4 lbs Salmon fillet
-  1 tsp Oyster Sauce
-  1 tbsp Brown Sugar (packed)
-  pinch of salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.  Rub oyster sauce, brown sugar, salt and pepper over top of fish and place skin side down on a shallow, foil-lined baking pan.  Bake salmon for 10-15 minutes (depending on your oven, and desired fish doneness).

.... is that it??  It sure is!  Told you it was easy :)  And you thought it was complicated!
